Sets the HTTP document charset ID of the given charset info object

Documentation

Sets the HTTP document charset ID of the given charset info object. The HTTP document charset ID field is only set if the higher precedence field (override) is set to CS_DEFAULT.
Parameters:
obj - Specifies the charset info object
httpDocCharSetID - Specifies the HTTP document charset ID
